Why does trun need location access?

To record your run route, distance, pace, and elevation using GPS. Without location access the app cannot track runs.

Can I use trun in the background?

Yes. trun keeps tracking your run when the app is in the background or your screen is locked. Make sure "Always" or "While Using" location permission is enabled.

What is synchronized running?

You can share a route with another trun user and run together — each of you sees the other's live position on the same map.

How do I delete my account?

Open trun, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account". This removes your account and associated data.

The app stopped tracking my run.

This usually happens if GPS signal is lost or location permission was revoked. trun is designed to recover gracefully when signal returns. If the issue persists, email me with details.
